The FOundation
My path to Interior Design started with my Master’s degree in Architecture from Boston Architectural College. Then I worked at Drummey Rosane Anderson designing public schools, both the architecture and the interiors. That work led me to discover my real passion:interiors, the layer of space that makes people feel at home.
The pivot
That discovery led me to Decorilla, where Merry Aglow Designs was born in 2016, not as a business, but as a volunteer project to raise funds for a charity at Brown Elementary School in Natick MA, where my son was a student.
The word spreads
One happy client told her friends, and word of mouth carried it further. Within a couple of years, that single volunteer project had grown into work within fifteen to twenty families across Natick.
The pause, and the growth
Then came 2020, and like so many small businesses, things slowed down. In 2021, I joined Havenly, which broadened my range, working with clients of different styles across the country.
The return
In 2026, I decided it was time to bring Merry Aglow Designs back, this time with a deeper well of experience behind it.
the style
Along the way, I found myself drawn to curated glam, spaces built on rich tones, warmed by brass accents. Indulgent without being loud, elegant without being cold, it has become the signature of every space I design.
Today, I live in Westborough with my husband and two sons, designing for clients locally and online, bringing the same care to every space that started it all.
